The use of a UAV is a time efficent and low risk method to inspect high level assests with flights capturing a complete roof within 1 hour. This can increase due to the complexity of some properties. We will provide an estimated timeline after we assess your needs.

As part of your instruction to undertake a UAS flight operation, you as the land owner have given the permission needed to operate from your land.
There is no permission to fly over or near properties but we kindly ask that you inform any neighbours of the planned flight. We take privacy serously and will only be focusing on the inspection at hand but neighbours usually appricate the notification and courtesy.
The Airspace is managed by the CAA of which GB Surveys hold qualifiaction approved by the CAA to opperate UAS.
There are ristrictions to fly when near airports, prisons, crowded areas and the New Forest, all of which forms part of our planning process at the time of quoting.
